Havenly continues acquisition streak with addition of St. Frank

DENVER — Luxury home brand , which just two months ago, has followed up with the purchase of select assets of , an online retailer focused on printed textiles and heritage-inspired décor sourced from vintage dealers and artisan businesses.

This latest move marks Havenly’s fourth acquisition in two years. Havenly’s portfolio of home brands includes , a custom furniture maker with 13 design studios nationwide, and , a direct-to-consumer home furnishings brand. , also a DTC brand, offers globally inspired and sourced home décor, rugs and bedding along with its own line of bedroom furniture and upholstered seating.

“We’re thrilled to partner with brands that have really captured their audience,” said Lee Mayer, founder and CEO of Havenly. “I’ve been a fan of St. Frank for years and am so excited to have come to terms that made it possible for the brand to join us as a portfolio company. We look forward to continuing to serve St. Frank’s customers as we grow their footprint and further invest in the future of fresh, innovative home brands.”

St. Frank was founded in 2012 by Christina Bryant Herbert and Stephanie Peng. Members of St. Frank’s merchandising, product and design teams are staying on to help with the brand integration, according to a company release. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Like The Citizenry, which has focused on social responsibility when sourcing products from its global artisans, St. Frank also has put an emphasis on ethical sourcing. The addition of St. Frank is an expansion of Havenly’s design-led system focused on serving the needs of the modern shopper.
